Jiangling Tongchuang machinery Co. Ltd, which mainly undertakes the manufacturing of steering parts and other mechanical parts, is located in Kwan-yin temple industrial zone, TanqiaoTown, JianglingCounty, near the bank of JingRiver. There is only 50 kilometers distance from Shashi District, therefore, the traffic is quite convenient, and the environment around is very beautiful.

    The company has 3 workshops, viz. casting, machining, and tooling. The operation scope includes the manufacturing of valve, side-cap, housing for integral power steering, the rough process of main steering parts such as steering nut, steering shaft, the manufacturing of pressing parts for steering column.All products are supplied to the Group.

    In late 2003, the project of processing steering parts with the investment of RMB 22 million started-up, and the steel-structure plant with 2400 square meters was established and entered into use. The use of the 60 accessorial equipments made the production capacity of rough semi-finished articles for steering gears be up to 300, 000 sets.

     The company will introduce America Hunter SHAPING casting production line to improve automation and products quality, and will establish pressing center to improve the precision of pressing parts. Moreover, the company will establish another steel-structure plant building in late 2005, to increase the capacity of production.

    In 2004, Tongchuang Company acquired ISO9001 Quality Certificate, to the management become more normative, to improve the warrant capacity of products quality, so as to meet market needs.
