Jingzhou Tongyi Special Parts Manufacture Co. Ltd is a joint venture con-funded by Hubei Wanlong Co. Ltd and HongKongHongrun Co. Ltd. The company was established in January 2004, its registered capital is RMB 2,800,000 Yuan.

    The company is located in Kwan-yin Temple Industry Zone, JianglingCounty, JingzhouCity, covering an area of 2,500 square meters. It mainly undertakes the manufacturing of powder metallurgy products and electric parts, and synchronously carries on other mechanical processing. The company has complete production line and equipments of powder metallurgy, for the production from tooling to finished products. Its production capacity is up to 30 tons. Beside universal production equipments for powder metallurgy, the company also has updated domestic equipments such as CNC cutting machine, electric spark molding machine, vertical milling machine, handspike baked stove, centreless grinder, steam treatment stove, polishing machine, and so on.

    In terms of the inspection equipments, the company has more than 20 sets of advanced inspection equipments, such as electronic universal test machine, impact test machine, lever comparator, analytical scale, electronic densimeter, Brinell(Rockwell) hardness scale, digital tensile & pressure test machine and so on.

   When it comes totalents reservoir, the company has a team of various professional Quality Control personnel with abundant expertise. The inspection processes and methods are very advanced and reasonable, and can effectively ensure the products’ quality to be held and improved with its entire resource. Now, the company is preparing for passing ISO/TS16949: 2002 Quality Management System.

The company has developed 40 kinds of products, such as valve face, shaft coupling, connecting rod, piston, raceway for inlet/exhaust valve, pawl guard, inclined oscillating rod, inclined lever, assistant inclined lever, rack bolster, facing ring, shaft sleeve serial and so on. Among them, shaft coupling, rack bolster, facing ring, pawl guard, inclined oscillating rod, inclined lever and assistant inclined lever have entered into batch production stage.
